WBGG adds morning show

Pittsburgh: The Post-Gazette reports the addition of a morning drive sports show on Fox Sports Radio 970 (WBGG). The show will be hosted by Greg Linelli Mondays-Fridays from 6-9 a.m. and cover local sports. Linelli has worked at the station as producer of the Joe Bendel show and a play-by-play announcer for Pitt women's basketball since 2004.

Lots of local morning sports talk, all of a sudden.

I think Greg does a great job on the Pitt post game shows and as a sub for Joe Bendel. Like Bendel, he has a comfortable, conversational style and doesn’t try to be cooler or smarter than thou.
