Stations return to airwaves

Pittsburgh:

As of 10:45 AM today, WJAS was broadcasting via its 1320 allocation. PBRTV wonders if the station is running on low power as of yet.

WKHB and WKFB returned to the airwaves sometime today as well and seem to be broadcasting at full power (5.5kw and .75kw respectively).
